One of the best kept secrets of southern Australia is Flinders Ranges National Park. I camped here for two nights and didn't see another soul. While driving out one morning, I gave a ride to Jeff, a recent college grad who was heading north to a job with the Australian National Park Service. A pleasant chap with a good sense of humor, Jeff shared with me his considerable knowledge of Australia's wildlife. He's proudly standing next to his $300 car.
